Return Policy

I want you to be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect for any damage that may have occured during shipping. If there are any problems with your order you must call or e-mail me within 5 days of receiving your order to receive a full refund.

You must include the following information:

1.) Contact information (name, address, phone/e-mail).

2.) Reason you are returning item (i.e., broken, damaged, not what you expected).

3.) If you would like an exchange, credit towards a future puchase, or a full refund (minus shipping).

** Personalized or custom designed items cannot be refunded - you may return the item and receive a store credit or exchange **

I will respond to all problem inquiries within 2 days. Should you have any problems with your order after the 5 day period, please call or e-mail and we will work something out.
