When choosing stones and pearls for my designs, I tend to gravitate towards the unique and unusual....big stones that can be made into a chunky statement necklace, vibrantly colored pearls that pop against bright sterling silver, or earthy and organic textures that create an unexpectedly nice contrast in a more traditional design.
