Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to destinations in the United States within 10 business days of placing your order unless otherwise specified in the item description.
Items needing adjustments (i.e., chain length, clasp adjustments, ring resizing, etc) may take longer depending on the adjustment needed.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If there are any problems with your order you must call or e-mail me within 5 days of receiving your order to receive a refund or store credit.
You must include the following information:
Contact information (name, address, phone/e-mail).
Reason you are returning item (i.e., broken, damaged, not what you expected).
If you would like an exchange, credit towards a future purchase, or a full refund (minus shipping).
