The SWORD + SHIELD COLLECTION draws its inspiration from the shapes and textures of ancient weaponry. Each piece features a technique called repoussé which creates a raised design on the front of the metal by using a variety of hammers and punches on the back of the metal. The raised design is given a bright shiny finish which contrasts beautifully with the special matte patina I use in this design.
