Inspired by ancient Etruscan Shields, this one-of-a-kind necklace is cut and textured free-hand out of Jeweler's Brass - no templates are used - and is meant to have a slight asymmetry to it. Using an ancient technique called repousse, the dots are hand stamped onto the back of the piece to create a raised design on the front. The piece is then finished with several rounds of hand polishing to bring the dots to a high shine creating a beautiful contrast to the brushed finish. A delicate 14 K Gold Filled chain features 5 faceted multi-colored sapphire rondelles with my signature 14K Gold Filled handmade clasp that can be hooked from either side. You will receive the necklace in the photos.
